THE PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
50ml Hope Esperanza Agave
70ml soda to serve
20ml sugar syrup
40ml grapefruit juice
20ml lemon or lime juice
GARNISH
Wedge of grapefruit
PREPARATION
Pour the Esperanza, sugar syrup, salt and lime juice into a highball glass filled with ice and stir.
Add the grapefruit and soda and stir briefly
SERVE
On the rocks, garnished with a wedge of lime or grapefruit
