INGREDIENTS
50ml Hope London Dry Gin
50ml Campari
50ml Martini Rosso vermouth (or Caperitif)
Top up with Tonic
GARNISH
Large zest of orange, or an orange slice
PREPARATION
Stir the Gin, Campari and vermouth over ice until chilled.
Strain into a tumbler glass filled with large blocks of ice, top with tonic and garnish
SERVE
On the rocks with a large zest or slice of orange
