INGREDIENTS
50ml Hope Mediterranean Gin
2.5ml Dry Vermouth
2.5ml Olive Brine
GARNISH
A green olive or two (or three …)
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for about 30 seconds until completely chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass
SERVE
Straight and very chilled
